CharmCat is now offering simple flat rate tiered shipping:
Orders over $35 ship free
Orders under $35 ship free for $4.00
Orders with only single greeting cards ship for $1.00 without tracking
Priority shipping is available for $10.00 regardless of your order total

These cutoff dates are based on the USPS shipping deadlines. Since USPS doesn’t guarantee delivery, I can’t guarantee delivery once it’s left my hands.
Most orders ship from Martinsville, VA. Some customized or special order products, may ship from another warehouse or supplier directly to you.
You’ll get a shipping notification as soon as your order ships with a tracking number, if your chosen shipping method includes tracking.
At this time I’m unable to provide specific estimated delivery dates at checkout. Most First Class orders arrive within a few days. Priority Mail arrives in 1-4 days but isn’t guaranteed by the USPS.
While I’m still shipping in-stock orders on time, due to Coronavirus and other issues affecting the USPS, in-transit times may be delayed. Some backordered items may take longer to restock as well. Thanks for your patience!
What to do if your order is delayed or missing
The USPS is having a rough time right now. Pre-existing problems have been magnified by coronavirus and a postmaster general who is implementing policies that affect delivery times. Because of this, there has been an increase in delayed or missing mail.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the USPS directly to initiate a missing mail inquiry: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm If after filing a missing mail inquiry the USPS isn’t able to locate your package, please contact CharmCat.

IN STOCK ORDERS.
Unless otherwise noted, I’ll ship in-stock items the next business day. Select your preferred shipping method and speed at checkout. Shipping via USPS First Class or Priority are currently available.
BACKORDERED ITEMS.
Backordered items will ship within 48 business hours after they are restocked. It typically takes about 2 weeks for an item to come back in stock. If you ordered a backordered item along with in-stock items, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you’d like to get the in-stock items sooner, contact me and we’ll split your order. You may need to pay additional shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS.
Custom orders are shipped via UPS with tracking unless otherwise requested. Rush shipping is available for an extra fee.
Some items in your order may be shipped separately.
