Price List for Wedding Invitation Packages, Custom Invitations, and Other Event Stationery
CharmCat offers completely customizable invitations, so this price guide is not all-inclusive. If you don’t see something you’re interested in, feel free to contact me for a price!
Custom Invitation Pricing
Custom invitations (just the invitation and envelope) start at $1279 and custom suites (invitation and reply) start at $1750 for 50 sets for the Keepsake package. The average custom order in 2024 was $1900 for invitations. Pricing does not include postage.
Pricing for custom varies a lot, so it’s hard to estimate without a consultation to go over your ideas. Additional pieces or quantities, assembly, or embellishments will increase the price of your package. To get started with a custom order, visit my custom design page!
Collection Invitation Pricing
CharmCat is pleased to offer a collection of select designs that you can order direct from the website. Ordering from the collection is the best for couples with a smaller budget, who have a shorter timeline, or who see something they already love.
These packages are a starting point based on the most common options selected by my clients. Each package can be customized, or have items removed and added. All packages include: A one-on-one video consult, my expert wording and etiquette assistance, and personalization of your design with your selected wording and color palette.

What is “Personalization”?
My Collection packages are based on my pre-made wedding invitation designs that you can shop right on my website. I have a wide range of styles that all feature my original watercolor artwork, from elaborate florals to simple washes to seasonal themes. So once you pick the design you want, what can you personalize?
- The color. Almost every design has a few different pre-made color variations, and several designs can be color customized further.
- The font. I have a large font library that you can choose from! Mix and match fonts to get the vibe that feels right.
- The layout. Make your design wide instead of tall, move the flowers from the top to the bottom, etc…
What types of changes cost extra?
- New artwork. If you want new artwork, whether it’s a new type of flower or a painting of your dog, that will be an additional fee.
- Color changes that aren’t compatible with the existing art. While I’m pretty handy with Photoshop, there are some color changes that aren’t possible with the way the artwork was painted originally, and I’ll have to paint new artwork in your chosen color. Making lightly-colored elements into dark ones and dark elements into light ones is the most challenging.

The following estimates are for a basic collection design printed on standard-size smooth white stock. Differences in size, stock, or custom designed elements will affect the price. Not all stock or printing methods are available for day of items.
Popular quantities are provided but almost any quantity can be made.
