The end of the year is a great time to take stock of yourself. For business owners like me, it’s also time to take stock of my business. I’ll spend time over the next two months reviewing how my sales were, what didn’t do so well, and what I should change moving forward into the new year.
But looking at the numbers isn’t very useful. They can’t tell me why.
Tell me your problems
One of my favorite business philosophies is that I shouldn’t be offering products, but rather solutions. And in order to offer you the best solutions, I need to know what your problems are!
So, tell me! Here’s your chance to vent a little frustration over the whole wedding invitation process.
It should only take you about 5 minutes and your answers are super appreciated!
Then what?
Then I get to work, coming up with the perfect fixes for all those problems you shared with me. This means new products, new services, better ways of ordering, and even a few things I don’t yet know about!
